The brief for this small front garden included the wish for lots of planting, no lawn, paths to the side gate and pavement, easy access to the front door and garage and parking for one car. The Client’s were also keen that the space looked like a ‘garden’ as opposed to a functional car park.

 

The angles were taken directly from the bay window and the shapes of the posts in front door porch. The brickwork highlights the pattern and the resin bonded gravel provides a neat, functional and yet attractive surface.
