Caroline Davy is an award-winning landscape and floral designer based in rural Hampshire. With a love and understanding of all things botanical and horticultural, her work is individual, stylish and unashamedly beautiful.
Whether designing gardens, wider landscape projects or styling flowers for an event, her attention to detail and desire to mix design flair and innovation with natural beauty is a priority.
Understanding the client’s needs and wishes is key to her practice and a thorough process enables Caroline to deliver projects that exceed expectations and bring great pleasure to her clients.
An initial career in advertising allowed Caroline to work in a creative industry and to master the ‘art’ of taking and answering a brief from a client. This was a fantastic foundation but over time, an increasing interest in designing with raw, honest ingredients and a growing desire to work with nature and not computers led to a year’s sabbatical and retraining in Floristry and Landscape Design. After studying, Caroline initially gained experience by working at the RHS gardens at Wisley and as a Freelancer with some of the country’s leading designers.
Caroline works on all aspects of the design herself and cherry-picks associates and skilled professionals to assist with the realisation of each project where necessary.
Caroline is a registered member of the Society of Garden Designers having been awarded the society’s accreditation status in 2005.
